As the final mega rally for Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s re-election drew thousands of enthusiastic supporters on Tuesday in Ado Ekiti, the Technical Advisor on Youth Inclusion to the Ekiti State Governor, Hon. Ayo Ojo, has declared that the governor’s unprecedented investment in youth development has earned him the unwavering loyalty of the state’s young population.

Speaking to JIROLTV amidst the electrifying atmosphere, Hon. Ojo described the massive turnout as a “no-brainer” and a direct consequence of the governor’s remarkable performance across multiple sectors.

“As you can all see, if you have done well, then obviously people will rally around to support you. The governor has done remarkably and exceptionally well. That’s why we have everyone here coming out in droves to support him,” he stated.
The Technical Advisor, who oversees youth inclusion policies, highlighted the governor’s achievements within just three years in office, pointing to tangible progress in infrastructure, agriculture, education, and most importantly, youth development.

“Is it the agricultural revolution? Is it the infrastructural development? Is it the youth development? Are we talking about the subvention and a lot of things that he has done, even amongst the schools in the state? The governor has done a lot, and the people are coming out to say thank you,” Hon. Ojo enumerated.
Addressing the electorate, the youth advisor charged young voters to reciprocate the governor’s genuine commitment by translating their support into votes at the polling units. He cautioned against complacency and urged young people to stand on their own merit rather than hide under anyone’s shadow.
“Everyone needs to understand that if you’re trying to hide under someone else’s shadow, then it’s not going to work for you. What you need to do is to put in work and be genuine. The governor has been genuine with what he’s been doing. He made pledges, he made promises, and as you can all see, he has actually achieved more than what he promised to do,” he emphasized.
Hon. Ojo concluded with a confident declaration that the rally was more than a campaign event—it was already a celebration of the victory to come.
“This is more or less a celebration. We are already celebrating the victory, even before the election.
