The Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) has released the results of its recent assessment phase, with Senator Francis Adedayo Faduyile OON , a native of Ikoya in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State, emerging with a top-grade performance.

According to an official notification addressed to him at the Oba Abodi’Kale Palace, Senator Dayo Faduyile achieved an ‘A’ grade in the training conducted from February 11 to 14, 2026, thereby qualifying him for the next and final stage of his certification journey.
The mandatory Annual Conference and Investiture Ceremony is scheduled to be held from November 18 to 20, 2026, at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island.

The formal admission into the Institute as an Associate Member, with the right to use the professional designation ‘ACArb’, will take place on November 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM (WAT). Participation is also open virtually via Zoom.
The event is expected to draw over 500 attendees and feature more than 25 international speakers, offering a major networking platform for arbitration professionals.
The Institute’s Senior Training Officer, Cheryllyn Oluseyi Oiwoh, confirmed the development and encouraged Senator Faduyile to take full advantage of the opportunity.
All eyes are now on November, as the Ikoya-born professional and senator representing Ondo South senatorial district awaits formal induction into the prestigious body of chartered arbitrators.
