In a seamless transition of power, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Ekiti State Branch, has officially sworn in a new executive committee, with Dr. Oyeyemi Kayode-Ojo MCIPM assuming office as Chairman and Mr. Steve Ogunlade ACIPM as Vice Chairman. The duo accepted their roles with a firm pledge to justify the confidence reposed in them, following an election held during the Institute’s Annual General Meeting in Ado Ekiti, where all members were returned unopposed in a powerful show of consensus.

Dr. Kayode-Ojo, in her acceptance speech, immediately set the tone for her tenure, reaffirming an unwavering commitment to professionalism, integrity, and selfless service. She declared her vision to elevate the Ekiti State Branch into a model within the Institute, calling on members to rally behind the new leadership to achieve greater milestones. The oath of office was administered by the Zonal Coordinator, Mrs. Oluwaseyi Musa-Semughana MCIPM, who charged the new executives to hit the ground running with innovative ideas that will raise the Institute’s profile.

The new executive team, completed by Mrs. Bunmi Awokoya as General Secretary, Mrs. Teniola Matthew-Odo as Assistant General Secretary and Public Relations Officer, Mrs. Bukola Isijola as Treasurer, Mrs. Funbi Akinola as Financial Secretary, alongside ex-officio members Mr. Gbenga Emiloju and Mr. B.A. Ariyo, pledged to abide strictly by the Institute’s rules while diligently delivering on their mandates. The event also served as a moment of gratitude, with certificates of appreciation presented to the immediate past executive members in recognition of their dedication and contributions to the branch’s growth.
