Governor Oyebanji Returns from Productive US Trip
Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji, returned this morning from a working visit to the United States. According to a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr. Yinka Oyebode, the Governor arrived at Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos, at around 10 am and was greeted by government officials.
Later today, Governor Oyebanji will attend scheduled meetings in Lagos before heading to Abuja on Thursday for additional assignments. During his US visit, he engaged in extensive discussions with government and institutional leaders, business executives, and development partners, focusing on investment opportunities in Ekiti State’s power infrastructure, Special Agriculture Processing Zone, and Ekiti Knowledge Zone.
The trip also included his participation in the US-Africa Business Summit and the signing of an MOU with CAVISTA Holdings for a multi-billion Naira, 100,000-hectare cassava farm project in the state.
