In a compassionate endeavor to support disadvantaged students, the GoldHeart Foundation recently conducted a needs assessment and extended a helping hand to 23 pupils at Baptist N/P School in Igede-Ekiti.
The foundation generously provided uniforms, socks, and sandals to the students, addressing their immediate needs and empowering them for academic success.

Gender equity took precedence in the foundation’s outreach efforts, as they ensured both male and female students benefited from the program. Among the recipients were 13 girls and 10 boys, including a young girl with a disability.

By offering inclusive support, the foundation strives to create an environment that strengthens equal opportunities for all students, regardless of gender or background.

Moyinoluwa Ogundowole, the Executive Director of the GoldHeart Foundation, articulated the mission behind the initiative, emphasizing the importance of removing barriers to education for underprivileged pupils.

Ogundowole highlighted the foundation’s commitment to uplifting communities and providing every child with the tools they need to succeed academically and beyond.

The heartwarming gesture received heartfelt appreciation from Mrs. Adesuyi Folakemi, the headmistress of Baptist N/P School, who recognized the invaluable support provided to vulnerable children.
Expressing gratitude for the intervention, Mrs. Folakemi stressed the significance of the foundation’s contribution, which has made a meaningful difference in the lives of the students and the school community.
