Ekiti State government has announced that public and private primary and secondary schools are to resume for the Second Term of second term of 2023/2024 academic session on Monday, January 8th 2024
A Government Statement signed by the State Commissioner for Education, Dr Kofoworola Aderiye and made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti by the Information Officer of the ministry, Omolara Adebanji on Sunday, said the resumption was in accordance with the approved calendar for the academic year.
The statement urged heads of schools, teaching and non teaching staff as well as students and pupils in secondary and primary schools in the state to obey the directive as teaching and learning activities will commence immediately after the resumption.
It added that State Government would continue to provide the direction and regulations needed for excellent outcomes from our schools.
