GOVERNOR OYEBANJI PENS HEARTFELT POEM TO WIFE ON HER BIRTHDAY
Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, has penned a heartfelt poem in celebration of his wife, Prof. Oluyemi Oyebanji, as she marks her birthday.
Prof. Oyebanji, who was elevated to the rank of Professor by the Governing Council of the University of Ibadan (UI) last month, is a year older today.
In a birthday message shared on his verified social media handles, Governor Oyebanji celebrated his wife as a woman whose kindness, inner strength and unwavering faith in God continue to inspire and enrich his life.
The Governor expressed deep appreciation for her love, support and the many little things she does, both seen and unseen, describing her as a shining light in his life.
“I admire the strength that lives within you, the kindness that resides in your heart and your unwavering faith that makes my spirit whole.

My love, Olayemi, today is all about you, a special day for the most special soul- so beautiful and true.
Today, the sun seems brighter in the sky, And I find a thousand reasons to celebrate you and celebrate with you.
I admire the strength that lives within you,
The kindness that resides in your heart,
And your unwavering faith makes my spirit whole.
