In a powerful gathering that has set a new tone for corporate Nigeria, The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Ekiti State Branch, has declared that the mental wellness of employees is a fundamental necessity for national productivity, and not a mere luxury.

The declaration was made during the Institute’s highly successful Annual Public Lecture held at the Civic Centre, Fajuyi, Ado-Ekiti, which drew a cross-section of top-tier professionals from both the public and private sectors.

She stressed that achieving excellence, particularly within the public service, requires deliberate policies, unwavering leadership commitment, and an organizational culture that prioritizes the human dimension of work.

Setting the stage for the impactful discussions, the Chairman of CIPM, Ekiti State Branch, Mr. Bartholomew Akindele Ariyo, emphasized the Institute’s proactive stance in tackling contemporary workplace challenges.
