Ekiti State is buzzing—and it’s not just the students keeping the energy alive anymore! Celebrities, Entrepreneurs, and Digital creators are flocking to Ado-Ekiti, and after our investigative tour, we now know why.

Gone are the days when Ekiti’s capital was dismissed as a “sleepy town,” only lively when schools were in session. Today, under the visionary leadership of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, the state is experiencing a seismic shift—propelled by dynamic figures like Hon. Ayo Ojo, the Technical Advisor on Youth Inclusion.

With a rich background in psychology, banking, and international exposure ( including period where he was the Programme Lead as an Employment Advisor with the Westminster City Council, in the UK), Hon. Ayo Ojo isn’t just filling a role—he’s redefining it. His office is reversing the “japa” and Lagos migration trends, making Ekiti a hotspot for young Nigerians seeking opportunities.

From rural communities to urban hubs, chants of “Olórí Àwon Òdó” (Head of the Youths) follow him—proof of his grassroots impact.

NYSC members now see Ekiti as a desirable place to serve, thanks to youth-centric policies and programs.

The Office of Youth Inclusion (TOoYI) isn’t just facilitating opportunities—it’s creating them. We witnessed firsthand how Ojo’s team collaborates with startups, investors, and established businesses to boost employability and job creation.
And the Results?… A thriving youth ecosystem, increased investment interest, and a state breaking past its predicted growth limits.
Our 2005 Development Index projected Ekiti’s growth, however, what we witnessed has exceeded expectations. Governor Oyebanji’s leadership and Hon. Ayo Ojo’s execution are a winning combo.
Wulfpac Stables commends this transformation and says: Keep the momentum! Ekiti’s future has never looked brighter.
