
The Office of Youth Inclusion, under the leadership of Hon. Ayo Ojo, has taken a major step in fulfilling its mandate to bridge the gap between Ekiti State’s youth and industry professionals.

The office on Thursday partnered with QuantumAI Innovations LTD led by Engr. Kayode Ayodele to provide advanced technological training, making youth inclusion a cornerstone of the state’s development agenda.

The collaboration with QuantumAI, led by CEO Eng. Kayode Samuel Ayodele, focuses on equipping young Ekiti residents with in-demand skills in drone Technology– For agriculture, security, and emergency response. Promoting clean energy solutions through CNG Vehicle conversion, building future-ready technical expertise through AI and Robotics and strengthening healthcare infrastructure.

This partnership exemplifies our commitment to transforming Ekiti’s youth from job seekers to job creators,” said Hon. Ayo Ojo. “We’re creating direct pathways between education and employment.”

The initiative forms part of the state’s broader youth inclusion strategy, which includes:Establishment of innovation hubs across Ekiti, Regular mentorship sessions with industry leaders and startup funding opportunities for outstanding trainees.

While calling on others to follow soothe, Hon Ojo reiterated that Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s administration has pledged continued support for partnerships recognizing its potential to reduce youth unemployment and stimulate economic growth.

The initiative gained further momentum when Hon. Ojo connected QuantumAI with Maj. Gen. Dele Arogundade
—a high-ranking military officer and Ekiti indigene who recently renovated a maternity center in Omuo Ekiti.

In a phone conversation, Arogundade praised the collaboration, noting that if replicated nationally will solve the brain-drain syndrome and create more meaningful jobs for Ekiti youths and by extension Nigerian youth.
Major-General Oladele Arogundade, is the Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (NASEME),who just recently got posted to Kaduna having served meritoriously at the Auchi base.
