BAO AGENDA 2026:BAO Will Emerge through A Consensus Arrangement
... Group Hails Trustee's Vehicle Gift, As Grassroots Push Begins In Ekiti South West LG

A prominent political advocacy group backing Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s re-election bid has received a major boost ahead of the 2026 gubernatorial race, with the donation of a branded Ford Ranger pickup to boost its statewide mobilization efforts.
The BAO Agenda 2026 group, tasked with securing Governor Oyebanji’s position as the ruling party’s sole candidate, announced the vehicle’s handover alongside the launch of a sweeping tour of all 177 wards in the state.

The pickup, donated by Engr. Bayo Ajayi—a board member of the Ekiti State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and a trustee of the group—was hailed as a “game-changer” for campaign logistics.
At a meeting of the group’s executives in Ado Ekiti on Tuesday, Coordinator Hon. Sunday Adunmo (popularly known as Galaxy) praised Ajayi’s contribution, calling it “a demonstration of unwavering loyalty” to the governor’s agenda. “This vehicle will ease mobility challenges and strengthen our grassroots engagement,” Adunmo stated. “Engr. Ajayi has consistently proven his commitment, even funding the first local government secretariat for our group in Emure-Ekiti.”
The donation comes as BAO Agenda 2026 kicks off its 177-ward tour, starting this week in Ekiti South West LG. The campaign aims to rally support for Governor Oyebanji’s anticipated re-election bid, through party consensus arrangement
State Coordinator Hon. Moshood Lawal (Bamayi) emphasized the tour’s significance, calling it “critical to securing a landslide mandate.” He urged members to “remain steadfast” as the group traverses Ekiti’s communities. “This vehicle will simplify our work, but success depends on unity and dedication,” Lawal added.
Secretary General Hon. Olufemi Aduloju (Oja I) and Treasurer Hon. Ebenezer Adebusuyi also applauded Ajayi’s gesture, urging members to “double their efforts” in reciprocation.
In an interview with JIROLTV, Engr. Ajayi cited Governor Oyebanji’s “inclusive governance” as his motivation. “His policies touch every citizen without bias. This is just the beginning—more support will follow,” he pledged, expressing confidence in the governor’s “certain victory.”
The BAO Agenda 2026 group, formed to consolidate Oyebanji’s influence within the party, has repeatedly vowed to ensure his emergence as the APC flag bearer and eventual re-election in 2026. With the ward tour now underway, the BAO AGENDA 2026 group are leaving nothing to chance.
