As part of activities marking his 50th birthday, Hon. Oluwafemi Aduloju, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Special Duties and Secretary-General of the BAO Agenda 2026 Group, was celebrated by friends, colleagues, and political allies at a breakfast gathering on Monday at his Ado Ekiti residence.
Guests lauded him as a goal-oriented leader and a unifier with a track record of dedication to people-centered initiatives.
In his address, Aduloju reflected on three pivotal decisions that shaped his life, describing them as experiences that made him stronger and more successful. He revealed his resolve to leave his comfort zone in Ibadan for Ado Ekiti, his birthplace, despite the challenges. Starting anew, he began his career as a video camera operator,video editor, transmission Director at the State Broadcasting Service and later excelled at TVC Continental before transitioning into politics.
Aduloju identified his move from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) as another transformative decision. He praised the APC as a party of intellectuals and community developers, citing his fulfillment and recognition within the party, including his current appointment, which he never achieved despite his dedication to the PDP.
He also expressed profound gratitude for knowing Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, whom he described as a compassionate leader and a blessing to Ekiti State. Recalling a life-threatening accident, Aduloju detailed how the Governor provided unwavering support, including funding his surgery and sending relief packages. He prayed for the Governor’s continued success and endorsed his second-term bid, urging attendees to work towards its realization.
The event featured a group photo session and a hearty breakfast attended by notable figures, including BAO Agenda 2026 Group State Coordinator Hon. Moshood Lawal(Bamayi),Hon Tope olanipekun, Hon Mrs Bisi Coker , Hon Mrs funke owolabi,Hon Gbenga Bolaji kowe,Hon Akinlabi Francis,Wasiu owolewa,Hon Jimoh Rasheed, Suleiman Oni Nasiru and other political appointees.
Aduloju concluded by thanking his guests for their support and encouraging them to remain committed to the Governor’s re-election campaign, emphasizing his belief in a brighter future for Ekiti State.
