Ghana’s Ambassador to Brazil, Her Excellency Abena P.A. Busia, and acclaimed actress Akosua Busia have extend a special invitation to the public to an exclusive screening of Stevie Wonder in Ghana: In Search of a Blessed Life.
The screening, directed by Akosua Busia, will take place today Wednesday, November 6, at 12:00 noon.
This compelling one-hour documentary offers a personal glimpse into Stevie Wonder’s reflections on faith, his African heritage, and his unwavering commitment to a more peaceful world.
Through interviews and archival footage, audiences are invited into Wonder’s exploration of spiritual fulfillment and his journey to reconnect with his roots. Highlighting his 74th birthday arrival in Ghana on May 13, 2024, the documentary captures the historic moment when Wonder was granted Ghanaian citizenship in a ceremony led by President Nana Akufo-Addo.
The screening is inspired by the feature film ” In Search of a Blessed Life” marking Wonder’s first official Ghana-based project as a citizen.
