Engineer Bayo Ajayi has expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, following his appointment as a member of the Ekiti State Environmental Protection Agency.
In a statement,Engr.Ajayi described the appointment as a significant call to service, pledging his unwavering commitment to the role.
He assured the governor and the people of Ekiti that he would not disappoint in fulfilling his duties.
Ajayi, who also serves as a member of the BAO Agenda 2026 Group—an advocacy body supporting the governor’s second-term bid—emphasized his dedication to the environmental protection mission.
The agency’s leadership team, announced in the latest appointments, includes Hon. Bamitale Oguntoyinbo as Chairman, with Engr.Bayo Ajayi, Regent Omotunde Adelabu, Hon. Babatola Obafemi, Mr. Ajayi Joshua, and Mrs. Yetunde Balogun as members.
The appointments, unveiled late Friday by Governor Oyebanji, are part of ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery across state agencies and parastatals.
However according to the press release,their appointments take effect from October 7th 2024.
