The BAO Agenda 2026 group has intensified its campaign to garner support for Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji by erecting a billboard in Ikere Ekiti. The initiative, part of a broader effort to promote the governor’s achievements and future plans, was spearheaded by the BAO Agenda group and enthusiastically supported by the Ikere local government leadership.
The event saw the participation of key local figures, including Ikere LG Party Chairman, Mr. Kayode Oyebode and representatives of the BAO Agenda 2026 Group’s Secretary Chief Olufemi Aduloju, and Hon Mrs Bukola Jegede, Director of Women Affairs.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Oyebode praised the BAO Agenda group for their dedication and vision in driving support for the governor across the state. “This gesture is a testament to the unwavering commitment of the BAO Agenda 2026 group in ensuring that the remarkable achievements of Governor Oyebanji are not only recognized but celebrated.
Governor Oyebanji has transformed our state in ways that will be felt for generations, and it is our duty to rally behind him as he continues to lead us towards a brighter future,” Oyebode stated.
The Ikere LG Party Chairman also commended Governor Oyebanji for his exemplary leadership, noting that the governor’s focus on good governance has brought significant development to Ekiti State. “Under Governor Oyebanji’s administration, we have seen unprecedented progress in infrastructure, education, and healthcare. His vision aligns perfectly with the aspirations of the people, and the BAO Agenda 2026 is a clear reflection of the collective will to see this vision fully realized,” Oyebode added.
Hon.Odunayo Kayode, the Ikere LG Coordinator for the BAO Agenda, echoed similar sentiments, emphasizing the importance of unity in achieving the group’s goals. “The erection of this billboard is more than just a symbolic act; it represents the collective effort of all stakeholders who believe in Governor Oyebanji’s agenda. We are here to show that Ikere Ekiti is fully on board with the governor’s vision for sustainable development, and we will continue to support him as we look forward to 2026 and beyond,” Kayode remarked.
The event also saw the presence of other notable figures, including Ikere West BAO Agenda Coordinator, hon.Olawunmi Owoseni,hon. Ayeni Aderemi, hon.Ajakaye Albert, the APC Oke Osun Ward 6 Chairman, and hon.Idowu Olukayode, the LG Party Organizing Secretary.
