The Ekiti State Government, under the auspice of the Ekiti State Geospatial Data Center and Ekiti Waste Management Authority in collaboration with UN-Habitat will on Wednesday, 14th August hold a Training Session with State stakeholders on the usage of Waste Wise Cities Tools in line with SDG 11.6.1
A statement from the Office of the Technical Adviser to the *Governor on Lands and Geographic Information System (GIS), Akintobi Olusanmi, made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti said the first meeting with the high-level officials would be held between 10 am and 11 am at the Ground Floor Main Conference Hall, Governor’s Office, Ado Ekiti ,while the Step by Step Training for city technical officers would take place between the hours of 11 am and 12 am at the same venue.
According to the statement, sampling of waste composition follows between 1 pm and 4 pm at the same Conference Hall Governor’s Office, Ado Ekiti.
The statement enjoined all participants to attend the two events punctually
