During a courtesy visit to Pastor Olumide Adebayo, Mega Regional Overseer of Mountain of Fire Ministries (MFM), Pastor Kunle Kolade, the Senior Special Assistant to the Ekiti State Governor on Christian Religion Affairs, commended the ministry for their unwavering prayers and support for Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji and the state.
Pastor Kolade conveyed the governor’s gratitude for the steadfast confidence in his administration, highlighting the governor and his wife Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji’s dedication to the welfare of the masses through various human-oriented initiatives and projects. Emphasizing the importance of joining forces with the governor, he called on the community to remain law-abiding and to entrust the state to God.
Citing the biblical injunction to pray for those in power, Pastor Kolade stressed the nobility of this act and explained that the governor’s community engagement efforts are designed to receive direct feedback from citizens, ensuring that peace is maintained as a prerequisite for progress. He solicited the congregation’s cooperation in living peacefully and supporting the government’s gestures.
