Ado Grammar School Alumni 2005 Set Champions Revival of Adire Hub in Visit to Principal
In a dedicated effort to enhance their alma mater, the Ado Grammar School Alumni 2005 Set embarked on a pivotal visit to the school’s principal, Mrs. Ademiluyi Adenike, advocating for the revival of the Adire Hub and other developmental initiatives.
Expressing delight at the elevation of one of their former teachers to the principal’s position, Mr. Olabode Wilson Rawa, President of the alumni, stressed the importance of nurturing the school’s legacy.
Highlighting their achievements, Mr. Rawa emphasized the establishment of a cooperative society and stressed the significance of skill acquisition in fostering economic and communal growth, particularly through the revitalization of the Adire Hub.
The alumni had engaged with Commissioner for Employment and Wealth Creation, Otunba Kayode Fasae, laying the groundwork for collaboration with the Governor’s Wife’s Office to propel their vision forward.
Requesting assistance and assurance from the principal, Mr. Rawa emphasized the symbiotic relationship between the cooperative society and the school, urging support for operational needs and infrastructure development.
In response, Mrs. Adenike commended the alumni for their steadfast commitment to the school’s advancement, acknowledging their enduring values instilled during their formative years.
