Ekiti State Government Engages with Civil Service Union on Worker Welfare

In a recent meeting, Barr. Odunayo Ayeni, the Special Adviser on Governance to the Governor of Ekiti State, engaged in discussions with a delegation from the Nigeria Civil Service Union.

The focus of the meeting was on the welfare of non-clinical staff belonging to the Ekiti State Hospital Management Board in Ado-Ekiti.

Led by unit chairman Com. Kehinde Amos, the delegation raised concerns and areas requiring intervention by the state government to enhance service delivery to the people of Ekiti State.

The Special Adviser, in response, assured the union leadership of the government’s readiness to address areas in need of improvement within the state’s workforce. He emphasized Governor Oyebanji’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of all workers in Ekiti State.
