EKSU Lecturer Inspires Osun State Indigenous Students on Self-Development and Socio-Economic Growth.
In a captivating lecture held at the Omoluabi Day / Award 2023 event organized by the National Association of Osun State Students (NAOSS), Dr. Oyewale Oluwaseun, a History Lecturer from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, urged indigenous students from Osun State to prioritize self-development for a brighter future.
During his speech, Dr. Oyewale highlighted the significance of understanding one’s abilities and talents, stressing that self-development is a fundamental aspect of socio-economic progress. He encouraged the students to embrace their uniqueness and strive for personal growth, regardless of age or academic achievements.
Comrade Rasak Opeyemi Abdullahi, the President of Osun State Students’ Association, also addressed the audience, expressing gratitude for their unwavering support and encouragement during his term. He acknowledged the challenges they faced and highlighted the productive achievements of his administration, including welfare initiatives for students and the execution of various projects.
