Hon. Olufemi Aduloju, the Senior Special Assistant to the Ekiti State Governor on special duties, has commended the appointment of HRM Oba Ayorinde Ilori Faboro, the Olojudo of Ido-Ekiti, as the Chairman of the Ekiti State Council of Traditional Rulers.
The appointment was made by the Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji.
Speaking with Jiroltv in Ado Ekiti, Aduloju lauded Oba Ayorinde Ilori Faboro’s reputation as a unifier and a dedicated custodian of traditional values.
He highlighted the monarch’s commitment to transparency in all aspects of life.
Aduloju expressed utmost confidence in Oba Ayorinde Ilori Faboro’s ability to represent the traditional rulers effectively, citing his track record and past engagements.
In his prayer, Hon. Aduloju wished for a tenure marked by remarkable transformation and prosperity within the council and the state as a whole.
He however urged the newly appointed Chairman to consider the position as a noble call to serve humanity.
Recall that Mrs. Monisade Afuye, the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, issued a press statement confirming the approval of Oba Ayorinde Ilori Faboro’s appointment by Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji.
The tenure is set to span from August 1, 2023, to August 1, 2025.
