She made the revelelation in a press statement in Ado Ekiti that all calls to the feedback line from any network are now absolutely FREE! .
She said there was not more worries about charges or deductions from callers airtime.
Further more she explained that a caller dials the line it would be governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji BAO who would be paying for the charges.
She said all feedback is invaluable , and that Governor Oyebanji BAO wants to make it as convenient as possible for residents to reach out to the Government .

She said to make to make the calling experience even more delightful, a special Callback ringtone titled *’Asia BAO*’ has been activated while waiting for a response.
The SSA said it aimed at ensuring that every interaction with is pleasant and positive.
