Governor Oyebanji extol the virtue of former NOA Director, Famuyiwa.
The Ekiti State Governor Mr. Biodun Oyebanji has extol the virtue of the first Female Director of National Orientation Agency Ekiti Directorate Mrs Olawumi Famuyiwa after 35 meritorious service year.
The Governor who gave the remarks at a forum to celebrate the former NOA Director in Ado describing her as a woman of integrity and hardwork.
Governor Oyebanji who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government Dr Habibat Adubiaro described the journey of the clebrant while in service has extraordinary and exemplary.
The Governor noted that throughout her career, Mrs Famuyiwa has been an epitome of professionalism, integrity,competence and her contribution have undoubtedly left an indelible mark on the public service where she has positively impacted countless lives in the country.
“Mrs Famuyiwa’s contribution to the public sector have been truly transformative, her expertise and visionary approach have helped shape policies, Programmes and initiatives that have had a lasting impact on the lives of countless individuals in our great nation, her remarkable ability to navigate complex issues and find innovative solutions has earned her recognition and admiration both nationally and internationally,he said”.
The governor also said that it is not just the professional accomplishments that define Mrs Famuyiwa but she has always beacon of light, radiating warmth, compassion and kindness to all those who have had the privilege of working alongside her genuine concern for the well-being of others.
Governor Oyebanji said the her willingness to lend a helping hand and her infections positivity would be greatly missed.
The governor advised that “we should not only celebrate her successful retirement after 35 years but also celebrate the remarkable person she”.
” Her legacy as a leader , mentor and a role model,this will continue to inspire future generations of public servants and her contributions will forever be etched in the annals of the public service.
The celebrant in her remarks thanked the Federal Government for her employment into the federal civil service which has made her life better despite all odds in her service year.
Mrs Famuyiwa said in her remarks how greatful she is to God for sparering her life till this moment.
She said the opportunity given to her was for her to support humanity with her capacity to show her little way of contributing to the world.
She admonished the NOA members to be always diligent in whatever they do and always remember that hard work pave way for people in life.
