At a grand celebration marking her 60th birthday and 35 years of dedicated public service, Mrs.Eunice Oluwasinasi Ogunleye,expressed heartfelt gratitude, giving all glory to God for enabling her to persevere and reach the pinnacle of her career.
She highlighted her most recent posting to Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Health Authority, Igede Ekiti, as Deputy PHC Coordinator and Director of Nursing Services, and noted that her retirement is scheduled for September. Mrs. Ogunleye mentioned that her children decided to celebrate her milestone birthday and career achievement together, and she prayed for God to surprise and make them happy as they had celebrated her in grand style.
Dr. Tiwalola Ajayi, one of the celebrant’s daughters, praised her mother, saying it takes a good person to be a nurse/midwife, but a better person to be a mother. She described her mother as a role model, deeply rooted in God,a caring a d supportive wife and mother.
Dr. Ajayi expressed her wish that this new era brings peace, joy, good health, and prosperity for her mother.
Celebrant’s husband, Mr. Bayo Ogunleye, commended his wife’s virtues, giving her an 80% rating as a virtuous ewife and mother and for her diligence in fulfilling her roles as a parent and professional. He acknowledged her as a very supportive wife and prayed for her excellent health in the years ahead.
Dr. Kester Agboli-Peters added his well-wishes, hoping that Mrs. Ogunleye’s special day be filled with joy and laughter. He wished for her 60s to bring health, happiness, and new adventures, and noted that her kindness, wisdom, and inspiring career had touched many lives. He concluded by cheering to 60 wonderful years and wishing her a well-deserved retirement, filled with joy, peace, and discovery.
Moyinoluwa Ogundowole, who referred to herself as the celebrant’s daughter highlighted Mrs. Ogunleye’s generosity, stating that her mother cares deeply for the less privileged. She mentioned her mother’s strong support for her charity organization, the GoldHeart Foundation, and her frequent visits to orphanages to provide support. Ogundowole expressed her gratitude for her mother’s nurturing prayers and wished her a peaceful retirement, reflecting her peaceful nature.
The celebration was a testament to Mrs. Ogunleye’s impactful career and the deep love and respect from her family and friends.
