In a resounding testament to Governor Oyebanji’s unwavering dedication to the development of Ekiti State, the Ajebandele youth during the week organized a special appreciation and solidarity walk in Ado Ekiti. The event served as a heartfelt tribute to the Governor’s monumental strides in reshaping the socioeconomic landscape of the state.

Led by enthusiastic youths, the march resembled a political rally as participants fervently expressed their gratitude, particularly celebrating the construction of the Omisanjana/Sije/132KVA/Ajebandele road.

Their songs of appreciation echoed the depth of confidence and support for Governor Oyebanji’s administration.

Honoring the invitation from the youths, Mrs. Mary Oso-Omotosho, Director-General of the Office of Community Communications, commended the display of gratitude, emphasizing Governor Oyebanji’s steadfast commitment to fulfilling his mandate. She urged the youth to take ownership of government projects within their community, assuring them of more people-centered initiatives that directly impact their communities and advance their economy.

The “Thank You” march was a result of previous engagements led by the Special Assistant on Youth Development, Mr. Maxwell Oluwasegun, demonstrating the administration’s proactive approach to engaging with local communities. Also in attendance were Special Assistant on Service Delivery, Mr. Toba Fatunla, Special Assistant on New Media, Mr. Gabriel Adesoji, alongside representatives from NYC, NYCN, and other youth organizations.
