Desperate Plea for Help: 400 Level Student Battle to Save Amputated Leg
A 400 Level student of the Federal University, Oye Ekiti, Miracle Ayodele, has issued a heartfelt plea to governments, corporate entities, and compassionate individuals, seeking financial assistance for the critical surgery required to amputate her damaged right leg.
Ayodele, who currently endures excruciating pain at the Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital in Ado Ekiti, found herself in this dire situation when she was struck from behind by a reckless Tipper driver while riding a commercial bike in the Basiri area of Ado Ekiti, all while she was en route to work on her project.
In a conversation with journalists, Ayodele’s mother verified that her daughter had already undergone a surgery, which incurred a substantial cost of nearly three hundred thousand naira. However, the medical professionals have now confirmed that amputation is the only option to save her life.
The impending surgery comes with a price tag of over two hundred thousand naira, and in a heartfelt appeal, Ayodele’s family is reaching out to kind-hearted individuals, government authorities, and corporate organizations to come to her aid during this desperate time.
To extend support and assistance, you may contact Ayodele’s mother, Mrs. Awe Magret, directly at 08132170139.
